I came to design from business — studies in Seoul, where one design thinking course rerouted everything. That pivot led to a Diplom in Design at HfG Offenbach, then two years at Commerzbank's in-house design studio, working on products where getting it wrong costs users real money. Banking set my standard: if it isn't clear and accessible, it isn't done. I work in Korean, German, and English.
